London Underground Bakerloo line This weekend there will be no service on the entire line, whilst we carry out essential work. Due to the highly complex nature of this work, on Monday morning a very limited service will run between: • Harrow & Wealdstone and Queen’s Park • Elephant & Castle and Piccadilly Circus Services between Queen’s Park and Piccadilly Circus will begin after 08:00 on Monday morning. We will try to start services before then if we can. The Lord Mayor’s Show and Remembrance Sunday From 07:00 until 19:00 on Saturday, there will be extensive road closures in the City and central London for the Lord Mayor’s Show. Blackfriars and Waterloo bridges will be closed at various times. A number of Tube stations will be busier than usual, and busses in the City and Westminster will be diverted or stop short of their normal destination. On Sunday, some roads in Westminster will be closed to traffic from just after midnight until 17:30 for Remembrance Sunday. From midnight on Saturday until 18:00 on Sunday, buses will be diverted and will not serve the Whitehall and Trafalgar Square areas. Various parades are taking place across London.
